With regards to the caterer's we would appreciate if you could pass on our sincerest thanks.
The quality of food and equipment used by the caterers for both the wedding meal & BBQ was top class and their polite, attentive and very patient service was greatly appreciated and commented on by many of the guests.
The fabulous beef served at the wedding meal was on a general level, a little rare for the Irish palate (we understood that this is how the Italians eat the beef). The rare beef eaters were in paradise!
